Rachelle has been a registered dental hygienist for 10+ years. She has worked with both adults and pediatrics. Her passion and love of dentistry go beyond the basics of teeth—she will make you feel like The Ivory Dental Co. is your forever dental home!

Rachelle enjoys bonding with her patients and growing friendships so that it feels like you never left. The ease of getting to know you and catching up will make every dental visit serene!

She spends time with her loving family when not at The Ivory Dental Co. She enjoys sharing her little boy’s “first-time” moments. She would’ve been a chef if she weren’t a dental hygienist. Before her son, she enjoyed being a foodie by exploring new restaurants. Now, she loves to cook Filipino, Thai, and Vietnamese dishes.

Meet our Certified Dental Assistant, Elexa! Elexa lived in North Carolina for 5 years. She attended Coastal Carolina Community College and obtained her DANB certification as a military spouse there. She has experience assisting in all fields of dentistry but loves cosmetic dentistry the most! 

When not assisting Dr. Sweeney, she’s probably reading a new book, collecting remarkable rocks and plants, or spending quality time with her family. If she weren’t a dental assistant, she would be an editor working with authors to develop amazing stories! 

Best of all, Elexa loves spending quality time with her patients and getting to know them for who they are beyond just their teeth. 

She is also very passionate about helping her patients overcome dental anxiety. If you ever need help finding a good book to read, she’s your girl, but most importantly, she is someone who will make sure that you are pampered and feel at home during your visit!

Hope is our passionate Registered Dental Assistant with a love for learning. Aside from providing exceptional patient care, constantly growing and adapting is her main goal! This allows Hope to ensure that each patient feels comfortable, educated, and at ease during their visit.

She also loves esthetics, and she is pursuing her education to become an esthetician. Upon her graduation, Hope will be able to provide our patients with new and exciting services here at The Ivory Dental Co. Her diverse interests allow her to connect with patients on a deeper level, creating meaningful conversations during their appointments.

Beyond The Ivory Dental Co., Hope enjoys learning different instruments, diving into new books, and picking up hobbies like painting and cooking.

Mallory has been a registered dental hygienist for the past 12 years. She grew up loving the dentist and wants you to love it, too!

Mallory enjoys getting to know her patients and building relationships with them. She is patient-focused and driven to provide a personal experience with the highest quality of care possible.

When she is not at The Ivory Dental Co., she enjoys spending time with her family. Whether at baseball fields, swim meets, or taking her children on adventures.

Marisa brings over 5 years of experience in the dental industry, showcasing her versatility in various roles before assuming her current financial coordinator position at The Ivory Dental Co. Her commitment to establishing meaningful connections with patients, coupled with a genuine desire to offer respect and understanding, sets a crucial standard at our office.

Originally from California, Marisa has embraced Western New York as her permanent home, captivated by the unique community, including the team and patients at our office. Grateful for the opportunity to personally engage with each patient and support them in their dental planning journey, she considers herself fortunate.

Beyond the office, Marisa is an all-season outdoor enthusiast. Whether skiing down the snowy slopes of Ellicottville in winter or engaging in biking, gardening, and hiking during the warmer months, she finds joy in exploring New York’s diverse landscapes.

Zahra is an aspiring dental student currently a neuroscience major at Haverford College. Her desire to pursue dentistry stemmed from the first time she shadowed a dental practice. After shadowing more individuals in the dental field, specifically Dr. Sweeney, she knew this career path was the one for her.

Zahra was eager to join The Ivory Dental Co. after seeing how individualized Dr. Sweeney’s treatments were and how comfortable patients felt in her space. Zahra has learned a lot from her experiences within the practice, and her goal is to ensure that your dental experience is as relaxing and seamless as possible!

Outside the dental world, Zahra enjoys the gym, frequenting the beach, traveling, and spending time with her loved ones. She is excited to meet you and promises to make your Ivory Dental experience as awesome as it can be!
